Admission Process

The admission process at San Gabriel Private Educational Unit is an invitation to become part of a community that inspires, accompanies, and transforms. Our Ignatian path drives us to always seek excellence in the academic, human, and spiritual formation of each student.

In this section, you will find the necessary information to learn about the stages and requirements of the process. We want families to experience a transparent, simple, and welcoming journey — from the first click to the first day of classes. Requirements

*If you do not have any sacramental certificate, you may upload the commitment letter available in the registration system.

Enrollment Steps

Step 1

ENTRY:

Access the link, enter the applicant’s first and last name, a valid email address of the Parent or Legal Guardian, and select the grade level for which you are applying.

Step 2

DATA REGISTRATION:

Once you log into the registration system, complete the required information. 

Step 3

CONFIRMATION EMAIL:

After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Please stay attentive for the next stages of the process.

Step 4

TESTS AND INTERVIEWS

At this stage, an academic evaluation will be conducted. Applicants must obtain a minimum score of 7 out of 10.

In addition, a family interview will take place as a space for dialogue and accompaniment within the process.

Step 5

ADMISSION EMAIL:

Parents or Legal Guardians will receive an admission email with the information needed to continue with the enrollment process.

Step 6

WELCOME MEETING:

Parents or Legal Guardians will be invited to an informational meeting with school authorities on dates close to the beginning of the academic year.

The Institution conducts its admission processes in strict adherence to current regulations and to the policies of both the Society of Jesus and San Gabriel. Available spaces are limited and respond to prior planning. Only Parents or Legal Guardian of admitted applicants will be notified. Reports or detailed results are not provided. The minimum required score is seven out of ten.*
